Our team at the 10th Illawarra Annual Public Forum on Dementia!
The theme of this Forum is ‘Making Connections’ and it aims to provide information about dementia, dementia research and strategies to assist in the caring role and information about the support and advocacy services now available.
Community Gateway proudly delivers health and care services to our local aged, disability and general community including people living with dementia and their carers. Members of our Care Management team Martin, Tegan and Sharon provided information on Community Gateway’s array of services and programs. Senior Occupational Therapist Nina promoted our newly established Allied Health team available to support people in the Illawarra and Shoalhaven locations.
