Specialised mentors to help you reach your potential
As part of our disability support services, we offer an outcome-based mentor program specifically designed to assist participants with achieving their goals, with the help and support of our experienced and compassionate team of mentors.
Every individual’s needs and circumstances are different, which is why we offer specially trained mentors that provide guidance, support and assistance centred around developing action plans catered towards goal realisation. Available to anyone, our mentor program can help you achieve your goals, whether that be to cook, shop online, ride a bike or any other goal you have in mind.
Additional disability support services
At home community support
Our at home community support assists individuals with independent living requirements from transport services to shopping, meal prep, personal care and other domestic assistance.
Nursing support services
We offer specialised clinic assessments and support services direct to your home. If you require nursing support services, our experienced team of nurses is here to help.
Gateway services
Our life skills and creative workshops are designed to help you develop self-esteem, life skills and independence, all whilst cultivating new friendships and connections.
Support coordinators
Our support coordinators work on a case-by-case basis. No two individuals are the same, which is why we offer an individual approach that addresses your specific needs.
