Location: Wollongong / Nowra / Kempsey, NSW

Position: Multiple Part-time and Casual positions available

Remuneration

This job is more than just a pay cheque, it is a fulfilling and rewarding career helping your local community, but we understand the dollars are important too. Below are some examples of the potential earnings:

  • Our Domestic Cleaners working a 40-hour fortnightly roster have the potential to earn $1320 each pay period.

  • Our Domestic Cleaners working a 30-hour fortnightly roster have the potential to earn $1030 each pay period.

 

About the role

As a Domestic Cleaner with Community Gateway you will be given the opportunity to make a real difference in someone’s life by working with people in their own homes to support them with domestic duties.

 

About you

  • You are a considerate, reliable, and motivated person.

  • Able to manage your own time effectively and work with minimal supervision

  • No experience needed, however previous experience in domestic assistance or cleaning will be highly regarded

  • Students completing certificates in Home and Community Care, Aged Care, Disabilities, or Individual support are encouraged to apply. Come and do your placement hours with us while participating in paid employment.

 

The successful applicant will need (or be willing to obtain):

  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate

  • Current Driver's License and access to a reliable and insured motor vehicle

  • Availability to a Smart Phone.

  • Working with Children Check

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check

  • Proof of vaccination COVID 19
